Seventeen Stroke Roll

The Seventeen Stroke Roll is a seventeen note pattern which consists of eight unaccented Double Strokes and one accented Single Stroke. This is a hand-to-hand pattern which means it alternates between starting on the Right Hand and the Left Hand.

Pay attention to the 3/4. Counting is an absolute neccessity because beat 3 will feel like it takes forever.
