You will be refunded in full if and when you meet the following criteria:
1. You have tried the purchased SDL Product(s) for at least 14 days and it has had no positive impact on your drumming, rhythm and music.
2. You have given SDL a chance to help you by offering support.
3. You have asked for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
It's important to us to get ONLY highly motivated students in the SDL community. So if you are not AND cannot be motivated it is best for both sides to go our separate ways on good terms. But sometimes a new student gets the idea that being overwhelmed by the vastness of the material provided by SDL is a bad thing. Then we simply need a chance to explain that this is actually the BEST thing that can happen to any ambitious person.
This is the only reason to imply these rules on refunds. People who want out only cost us time. We don't want to lose time. We do however invest heavily in the progress of our students, even if they don't see it that way immediately. Everything is long term at SDL.
